This follows similar deployments by the US Army, Air Force, Florida and California. Similar to the briefcases James Bond carries to vanquish foes, the TAC•PAK™ is a lightweight, battery powered, man portable communication system with full wireless communications functionality integrated into a small briefcase. The TAC•PAK™ operates as an independent and complimentary incident management system. Due to it's compact size and portability, you can take your entire emergency operations to the top of a building, the middle of a lake, or through streets blocked with tornado/hurricane/earthquake debris, ice, etc. From there, data and operations communications may be established with your vehicle data system or the world. As a result, Red Cross personnel and disaster relief supplies were efficiently distributed to the refugees within the impacted zones.
